Business Coaching
The coaching program is delivered in two ways.

Regional Business Coaching
​
The first is through a regional approach whereby Governments, the private sector or other NGO's aim to support a community wide program private sector development.

In this case, the business coaching program needs to be at least 12 months, but recommended as a 2-year program, to provide the region with enough time to develop a larger number of successful entrepreneurs.
AgBook assists establish a Program Leadership Group that guides and monitors the activities of a Business Coach in their region. The Program Leadership Group ensures the program is getting out to the people who are interested in establishing or expanding a small business. Small business could include family farms, trade stores, bakeries, clothing manufacturers, tyre repairs, markets or any other enterprise that can meet the needs of customers in the area. The Program Leadership Group meets monthly to review progress and provide input to continually improve the program.
AgBook provides the resources, including the Farming as a Business Program and coaching curriculum, together with ongoing training and support to the Business Coach. All business activities are recorded in the AgBook Information Management System which records each business growth journey to assist with development. Information on the number of businesses participating in the program are reported to the Program Leadership Group in their monthly meetings. Naturally, all business information is maintained in the strictest of confidence and not shared with any person or organisation without the business owners written consent.
Individual Business Coaching

As the name suggests, we support individuals in their business journey. The program centers around your own leadership, assisting you to clearly understand and implement your own vision and objectives for your business. Through a structured process, you will go through five core business functions to assess how well your business is performing, highlighting your strengths and areas that could be improved and suggesting the actions you need to take to implement the improvements identified. The process is designed to solve distinct problems or create specific systems to help you and your business grow.

This program is generally provided through telephone contact and email / wattsapp communication.

AgBook Information Management System
​
Our management system enables us to assist maintain a dashboard of each of our coaching clients business. This helps you see where things are going better or worse than expected, so that you can keep your business on track.

You receive colorful reports and diagrams that easily explain how well the business is going towards your projections.
